All training courses provided are recognised by  The CPD Group in a range of different procedures and have been created for the medic and non-medic aesthetics professionals in the UK. Delivered by Lesley Spencer, who is owner and clinical director of Chaelis Advanced Aesthetics and is a fully qualified Education Assessor and AUK Training Ambassador.

All our CPD courses are considered ‘prior-learning’, if you wish to continue at a later date to level 5 &7. This means you will not have to re-train in the courses you are already accredited for. A-Training, part of Auk is one of the UK’s leading aesthetics training schools with already 250,000 learning and qualified students on their books to date. Our courses are all one-to-one training and range from one to two days.

COURSE Structure

Every course is built around three stages of learning, designed to ensure clinical competence, not just theoretical knowledge. You’ll begin with the underlying theory, anatomy, physiology, and safety considerations specific to the treatment, before progressing to live demonstration and, finally, supervised practical application. This sequence ensures every practitioner leaves with both the understanding and the hands-on confidence required for safe, independent practice.

WHO IS THE Course for

This training is suited to a range of experience levels, from those newly qualified to established practitioners:

  • Students who have already achieved Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • Existing practitioners seeking refresher training to maintain best practice
  • Practitioners looking to expand their scope into advanced aesthetic technologies

ON Completion

Training at Chaelis is structured to support your long-term qualification pathway, not just a single certificate. On completion, you’ll receive:

  • CPD accreditation, which also counts toward prior learning should you wish to progress to Level 5 or Level 7 qualifications via A-Training UK and Qualifi assessment
  • A certificate of training accreditation, confirming your qualification in the treatment covered
  • Guidance on insurance requirements, to support you in practising safely and legally following training

Mentorship

A one-to-one mentoring day, held at your own location, 10am–4pm.

This session is designed for practitioners who have the underlying qualification but would benefit from additional guidance, confidence, and hands-on refinement in a real working environment. Rather than repeating classroom theory, the day focuses on practical application, working alongside you as you treat your own clients or models, offering direct feedback and clinical insight as you go.

Lesley travels within a 50-mile radius of Lowick, Northamptonshire to deliver mentoring on-site. You will need to arrange your own clients or models, along with your products, for the day.
