DERMAL FILLERS
DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal Fillers are a clear hyaluronic acid gel that is injected into facial tissues to smooth wrinkles and folds. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in the body hydrates the skin, acts as a cushioning agent, and provides scaffolding to lift any folds. Dermal fillers may also be used to treat facial atrophy (loss of fat), for facial sculpting, and skin enhancement. Dermal filler injectable gels temporarily add volume to facial tissue and restores a smoother appearance to the face. Injected beneath the skin with precision, dermal fillers enable a wide range of benefits.
ADVANCED DERMAL FILLERS
ADVANCED DERMAL FILLERS
Please note this is an advanced level and students must have passed the Foundation course in fillers to be able to attend this course. Dermal filler is a clear hyaluronic acid. (HA) gel that is injected into tissue to soften wrinkles and folds. It occurs naturally in the body and hydrates skin, acts as a cushioning agent and provides a scaffold to lift folds. They can be used in facial atrophy, facial sculpting, and skin enhancement. They add volume to tissue and restore a smoother appearance.

You’ll learn how these controlled micro-injuries trigger the skin’s natural repair response, stimulating collagen and elastin production through fibroblast activity, and how combining the technique with hyaluronic acid supports new tissue formation by acting as a structural scaffold. Training also covers patient comfort and anaesthesia considerations, ensuring safe, confident delivery in practice.
MICRO-NEEDLING WITH RADIO FREQUENCY
MICRO-NEEDLING WITH RADIO FREQUENCY
This course covers radio frequency micro-needling, delivering controlled RF energy just below the skin’s surface for use across the body. You’ll learn to select the correct needle configuration (nano, 10-pin, 25-pin, or 64-pin), penetration depth (0.2–3.5mm), and RF setting for precise, repeatable results, stimulating neocollagenesis and elastin production to lift, firm, and tighten skin, with further enhancement via serums, PRP, or PRF. The course also introduces BioRepeel, a next-generation peel suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types.
PEELS
PEELS
This course covers the clinical application of chemical peels, including Mesoshine, Purifying, Photo-ageing, Rejuvenating, Radiance, Mandelic, and Lactic peels to remove dead skin cells and stimulate new cell growth, improving tone, texture, and pigmentation-related concerns. You’ll learn to assess skin type and select the correct peel for each patient’s needs, as well as BioRePeel, a second-generation, dual-phase peel that hydrates, softens, and protects the skin, suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types and compatible with micro-needling.
PHLEBOTOMY
PHLEBOTOMY
This course covers the safe collection of blood from clients, following correct health and safety guidelines throughout. Through A-Training’s Phlebotomy Training Course, you’ll learn how blood collection underpins treatments using a client’s own blood, removing the risk of allergy, hypersensitivity, or foreign-body reaction, and serving as a required route of progression to PRP and IV drip therapies. The course is included as a requirement within the one-day Intravenous (IV) and Intramuscular (IM) training course, and follows the same format as our other courses, observational learning, educator-led demonstration, and hands-on practical workshops with tutor supervision.
PLASMA SKIN REGENERATION (FIBROBLAST)
PLASMA SKIN REGENERATION (FIBROBLAST)
This course covers Plasma Skin Regeneration, an advanced technique using ionised plasma generated in the micro air-gap between a fine needle and the skin. You’ll learn how this process creates controlled, pinprick-sized areas of coagulation while sterilising the treatment site, altering the skin cell membrane’s charge to stimulate regeneration, tighten tissue, and increase collagen and elastin production. Training covers application across a wide range of concerns, including upper and lower eye bag reduction, crow’s feet, smile and lip lines, nasolabial folds, scarring, stretch marks, acne, and photo-ageing, along with essential safety considerations, including patient suitability across the Fitzpatrick scale, as Plasma and Plasma Shower treatments may not be appropriate for darker skin types (IV–VI).
POLYNUCLEOTIDES
POLYNUCLEOTIDES
This course covers Polynucleotides, a treatment using purified DNA molecules to reduce inflammation and stimulate skin repair at a cellular level, with a well-established safety profile from long-term use in medical practice. You’ll learn how the treatment increases cell turnover, stimulates fibroblast activity to support collagen and elastin production, and acts as an antioxidant to neutralise free radicals, all without the water retention associated with dermal fillers. Training also covers its role as a skin-strengthening precursor to procedures such as tear trough filler, and its versatile application across concerns including melasma, rosacea, scarring, hair loss, skin laxity, stretch marks, and dark under-eye circles.
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin)
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin)
This course covers PRF, sometimes referred to as the “vampire facial”, a regenerative technique using the client’s own blood, separated at slow spin speeds and reintroduced into the skin without the use of anticoagulants. You’ll learn how this differs from traditional PRP, where anticoagulant use and high-speed separation reduce platelet activity and effectiveness, and how PRF instead preserves nearly twice the platelet count within a fibrin mesh that gradually releases growth factors over 7–10 days, supporting sustained healing and regeneration. Training also covers combining PRF with complementary treatments, including micro-needling, injectables, dermal fillers, PDO threads, RF, and laser.
RHINOPLASTY
