About the Clinic

Chaelis is based in Lowick, Northamptonshire. There is no team of practitioners here, and no rotating rota of staff. Every consultation, treatment plan, and procedure is carried out personally by Lesley Spencer, giving each patient continuity of care and a practitioner who knows their anatomy, history, and goals in detail.

The clinic itself comprises a dedicated consultation room and a fully equipped treatment room, holding the equipment for more than 40 treatments. It is a clinical environment first, designed for precision and safety, not spectacle.

ABOUT: Lesley Spencer

Lesley’s background began not in beauty, but in engineering, working in electronics and CNC medical equipment before training intensively and moving into aesthetic practice. That technical foundation still shapes how she works today: methodically, precisely, and with a clear understanding of the equipment and physiology involved in every treatment, not just the desired outcome.

Over more than two decades, Lesley has become one of the most highly qualified non-medical practitioners in the county, holding qualifications across more than 60 foundation, advanced, and master-level treatments, and is currently working towards Level 7. She has also trained consultants, surgeons, and nurses in aesthetic technologies both in the UK and the Middle East, experience that informs the same standard she applies to every patient at Chaelis.

Where a procedure won’t genuinely benefit a patient, Lesley will say so, recommending an alternative, a staged approach, or simply more time. It’s a slower, more considered way of working, but it’s one built on trust rather than transformation for its own sake.
